What we already do with your data, in plain words

• We collect the minimum. A request for tutoring asks only what an advisor needs to match your child: first name, level, subjects, schedule and your contact details.
• Children never hold their own accounts. A child’s information lives under the parent’s record, and access to it is restricted in the database itself.
• Your statements and progress pages are private links sent only to you, and can be reset at any time by your advisor.
• Online lessons are recorded only with your consent — asked for explicitly when tutoring is set up, and recordings are never public.
• Trellis is registered with the Data Protection Commission as a data controller in Ghana.
