How Trellis works, in plain words
- You buy tutoring from Trellis. Parents pay Trellis for lessons, and Trellis pays the tutors who deliver them.
- Every tutor is vetted before teaching — identity, competency, referees and an interview (police clearance is optional). The process is published in our safety guide.
- Complaints have a published service level — see complaints & refunds.
- Children’s data is protected. Trellis is registered with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission; children never hold their own accounts.
